Karen Young, our office manager, began her career in dentistry in 1989 as a chairside assistant and front desk manager. In 2008 Karen received her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law and in June 2009 was admitted into the Massachusetts bar.  Karen admires Valdemar's passion for excellence and insistence on doing what it takes to make his patients satisfied.

Stacie Melchin, our assistant office manager of over twelve years, is proud to be part of our dental family.  Her goal is to treat everyone as she would want to be treated, and to go above and beyond whenever possible.  Stacie has developed many special rapports with our existing patients and does her best to welcome new ones.  Stacie feels blessed to be part of such a great team.

Sandy Durham, our front desk coordinator, uses her twenty-five years of business experience and her natural love of people and things to ensure an efficient and pleasant experience for our patients as well as our staff.  Sandy excels at communicating with professionalism, compassion, and proficiency.

Mary Arcidiacono is our longest standing chairside assistant.  She had the fortune of assisting Roman Szapiel, D. M. D. for twenty years and now assists Valdemar daily.  Mary’s exemplary work ethic and intuitive sensitivity make her an invaluable member of our office. 

Kasia Sakiewa, our dental assistant, shares Valdemar's passion for dentistry.  Kasia's caring manner and fun disposition allow our patients to feel relaxed, safe, and confident that their experiences will always be positive as well as informative.

Kamila Kazmierczak is a registered dental hygienist who graduated at the top of her class at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene.  Kamila brings state-of-the-art technique and the latest information in dentistry to our office, and exudes confidence, thoroughness, and pleasantness.

Leslie Kotkin has been a registered dental hygienist passionately committed to preventive interventions to keep teeth for a lifetime for over thirty years .  In 2004 she received a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene.  In addition to raising two sons, Leslie has pursued artistic endeavors, such as interior design, pottery, and jewelry design and fabrication.

Gosia Kotecka, our lab technician, uses her artistic ability to help transform Valdemar's patients' impressions and stone models into beautiful and precise restorations.  Like Valdemar, Gosia is committed to excellence.
